Even a one or two-second distraction can result in a catastrophic accident that can change someone’s life forever. “Our goal is to raise awareness of the problem that is distracted driving,” said attorney Matthew Bligh. “We also hope the scholarship award empowers a student interested in tackling the distracted driving problem.”
CRITERIA FOR THE AUTO SAFETY AND TECHNOLOGY SCHOLARSHIP
If you are interested in applying for our $2,500 Auto Safety & Technology Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be accepted to or currently attending a four-year college or university;
- You must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Submit an essay answering the question below.
