The New Student Orientation is designed to provide you with essential information related to academic requirements and campus resources at Carroll. In addition, orientation activities provide you the opportunity to make valuable connections with the resources available to you. New student orientation at Carroll is designed to integrate students into our energetic learning environment while fostering new friendships and connections.

Mandatory for all International Students
Please go to www.carroll.edu/parking to purchase your B Lot permit. You will need to establish a new account from the “START HERE” link. It will prompt you to create a username and password – you will need this in the future to purchase permits or pay tickets online, so save this information. Please note that it will ask you for your Carroll ID – please just use the 7-digit number starting with the “5” or “6”. Also, note that you will need to have your vehicle and license plate information to complete your registration. Once your permit is purchased, you will need to pick it up in the Finance & Administration Office (204 O’Connell Hall) any time starting Monday, January 13th.
Please be sure to familiarize yourself with Carroll College’s Parking Rules and Regulations that can be found at www.carroll.edu/parking as all Carroll students, faculty and staff are expected to be familiar with and abide by the parking policies.
Don’t forget to submit your immunization records to Kerri Rigsby in the Wellness Center (Guadalupe Hall) during the first week of class!
