The mission of the Carroll College Registrar’s Office is to serve students, faculty, staff, and the greater community in a timely, professional, and competent manner. We pledge to safeguard the accuracy and confidential nature of academic records, communicate and apply academic policies with consistency and fairness, assist faculty and staff in carrying out their responsibilities, and support students as they strive to achieve their academic goals.
What We Do
The Registrar’s Office oversees most areas related to a student’s academic record – class registration, grades, transcripts, transfer credits, degree audits, and more. We also coordinate athletic eligibility and the graduation process, including the annual Commencement ceremony in May. If you have questions about an academic record or an academic policy, don’t hesitate to contact us! The list on the right provides the best point of contact for students, faculty, and staff in each of the areas we serve.
