If you've never logged into the Square or can't remember your password, stop on in to the CCIT offices and we'll get you squared away. Remember, your student ID number is your login username!
If you are unable to get to CCIT offices, give us a call at 447-HELP. Have your student ID number and name ready, and we will email your password to your Carroll email address (we won't email it to other email address for security reasons). We won't give you your password over the phone (again, for security reasons.)
What is 'The Square'?
"The Square" is Carroll College's implementation of JICS (Jenzabar's Internet Campus Solution). You can find it by clicking https://thesquare.carroll.edu/ics.
The Square's primary purpose is to provide a web-based tool for registering for classes and paying your bills from any computer with Internet access. You can also use it to dissiminate or collect information to and from people who share a common interest.

Welcome to The Square. The Square is a virtual meeting place of sorts.
What is 'Campus Web'?
Campus Web is where your personal data is displayed. The Square displays general information about you and about the groups you may belong to (such as "Students", or other user-created groups). Campus Web is personalized to display information only about you. What your current classes are, your grades, your bills, your address, and so on.
Think of The Square as a public square, and Campus Web as your house located on the edge of that public meeting place.
You typically must log in to The Square first, then use a link to access Campus web.
