Volunteer Service Connections

Service is an integral part of the Carroll College experience and a major component of the College's mission statement. Offering a variety of service opportunities provides students with a unique connection to our local, national, and global communities. Such a focus equips students with a vital perspective of civic engagement, community partnership, social responsibility, and many other life skills that will remain valuable after leaving Carroll College.

The Student Activities department at Carroll College offers a variety of ways in which students can participate in volunteer service programs. Though some service opportunities come in the form of scholarship commitments or service-learning course responsibilities, the programs listed in this section represent opportunities available for any student interested in being a community volunteer. Most Carroll College students are actively engaged in some form of volunteer service, and this proud reality reinforces the College's goal of shaping student life inside and outside of the classroom.
