Verify Health Records and Immunizations room 227 O’Connell.
Get your student I.D. in room 208 of O'Connell.

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm  Freshman Hall Meeting & Introductions - All Saints Hall
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm Parent Session: Academic Issues - Lower Cube
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm Parent Session: Your Student's Physical & Mental Well Being - Lower Cube
7:30 pm - 8:00 pmParent Session: In Case of an Emergency - Lower Cube
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm Welcome & Entertainment (Hypnotist) - Lower Cube

Choice of activities: 

Ice Cream & Carousel Ride (depart from fountain)

Downtown coffeehouse walking tour (depart from O'Connell hall steps)

Hike Mount Helena (depart from the Cube)

5:30 pm   Dinner & Prizes - Market Place Dining Hall
(bring your completed step cards, must be present to win)

Welcome Week Activities

August 24 - Kick off Night - 8:00 p.m. Speaker - All Saints Hall

August 25 - 7:00 p.m. at the Carroll P.E. Center. Alpha Lecture
(All freshman are required to attend)

August 26 - Club Fair and Open House from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Upper Cube. This is when you will sign up for clubs, sign up to be a part of the Carroll College Programming Board, and also have the chance to talk to banks and other vendors in the Helena Area.

August 27 - Concert from 7:00 to 9:00 pm FREE MUSIC AND FREE COFFEE

August 28 - Community Living BBQ and Slip n Slide

August 29 - Carroll College night at the Brewers Field - Game starts at 7:00 pm. Show your student I.D. and get into the game for free. We will have other fun activities connected with this event.

August 30 - Carroll College Freshman Rafting Trip

September 13 -  Mass of the Holy Spirit 7 p.m. at the St. Helena Cathedral. This is an all student event to kick off our school year and the first of many traditions to come. It is important for all to attend as this is our first gathering of the Carroll Family.
