Development Assistant Internship
The American Lung Association in Montana is seeking a volunteer Development Assistant intern for five to ten hours a week in their Helena office. This position is available year round and is unpaid. Students may be eligible to receive credit.Duties and responsibilities include data entry, list management, assisting with mailings, minor bookkeeping, tasks related to event planning and fundraising, and other general office help as needed.
Skills and abilities required include basic computer and writing skills, ability to follow specific directions, and ability to think critically and problem solve. Experience with data entry or database management, fundraising, event planning and/or grassroots organizing encouraged.
Students interested in the health fields, education, nonprofit management, accounting, administration, and/or small business are welcome.
