Would you like to sponsor a table for our etiquette dinner? Each year Carroll graduates enter the job market. Although they may have very strong academic credentials after completing their studies at Carroll, many students have never experienced a formal business setting dinner and/or business social event. We want our students to shine in an interview and not "lose the job opportunity over dinner."
Alumni Relations and Career Services are planning to hold our third annual Senior Etiquette Dinner for our graduating seniors. This will be a multi-course meal to teach proper etiquette in a business social setting, proper dining etiquette, and how to converse during a "cocktail hour" and at the dinner table. An etiquette trainer will conduct the training.
We are inviting area businesses to sponsor a table at this event. Sponsors are invited to bring two people from their business to join students at a table. We will make every effort to pair businesses with students in a related career field. Table sponsorships are $250.
Please support our seniors by being a table sponsor at the Senior Etiquette Dinner-we promise it will be an enjoyable evening for all! If you have any questions about this event you can reach Rosalie Walsh at 447-5530 or email@example.com.
Carroll's job boards are viewed by students and graduates of Carroll College who are interested in obtaining a job or acquiring an internship. If you would like to post a job or internship on our boards, please e-mail your job description to firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: This is an e-mail address, NOT a website address. We do not have a website where you can submit job descriptions to be posted.
At our discretion, Career Services accepts job listings from third-party employment agencies, provided that the service is free to the candidate and the name of the employer is known to Career Services. As a general rule, we do not accept any job listing that requires an outlay of money by the student as a prerequisite for employment. This rule includes multi-level marketing opportunities.
Internship job descriptions are also filed for student viewing in the Career & Testing Services main office. For more information regarding our internship program, send an e-mail to Nisan Burbridge - Internship Coordinator requesting an internship information packet. Additional information is also available on our internships page.
