Posting on the Boards
So, you have a class that uses the Carroll Boards. To get on you must do two things (register & confirm):
- Register
- The system sends you an e-mail
- click on the link in the e-mail to CONFIRM
- Now, you can post
If you already registered last year, use your same login and you are good to go. Also, remember that the boards are different than the Carroll network. The two are NOT tied together (although we are working on that).
The SOURCE board
The SOURCE is a place for general information, classifieds and intramurals.
Carroll Board System
Welcome to the Carroll Board System. We have just installed an upgrade. You old username and password should still work. Please be aware that many asthetic changes will be taking place over the next week.
Please remember that all of these boards are governed by the Carroll AUP. (Acceptable Use Policy).

This is where you will find over 115 Carroll classes. Everything from handouts to assignments to topic discussion can be found here. Use the navigation links on the left bar to get where you need to go quickly.
The SPEAKEASY board
Improving Communication Steps:
The College has identified improving communications on campus, including through the use of technology, as a strategic priority. During this academic year, conversations will take place across campus about the best ways to encourage and support an open dialogue on important (and fun) topics, address issues regarding alterations in our technology which might be needed or wanted, and assure consistency of our policies and practices. It is important that those elements currently in place, and others considered in the future, meet the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Carroll. Regarding a specific element of our communication structure, operation of the SpeakEasy will be suspended this semester while we as a community have the discussions to determine where the SpeakEasy, community e-mail, and other electronic communications fit into the internal and/or external communication structure.
Please get involved in the discussions related to improving communication on campus. What are your constructive comments, concerns, suggestions, and/or views regarding any aspect of communication at Carroll? Contact your ASCC officers, or email to speakeasy -is-at- carroll -dot- edu.
