i. Budget Committee Meetings- Anyone interested in being a future ASCC Treasurer can attend meetings.

a. Michael Staley- Not present. From the Admission’s Office and would like to use club information to help recruit future students.
b. ASCC Spring 2007 Goals:
1. Raise interest in and create a new vision for the Outdoor Club!
2. Raise interest in ASCC Executive Board Elections.-Doing them with the programming board elections in March. This will give them plenty of time to shadow the current ASCC Executive Board.
3. As always, address any concerns brought by Carroll students.
4. Continue the endeavor in raising funds and awareness for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. –A 5th issue to address is the issue of illegal substances on the Carroll Campus
c. Health Services Club Presentation –Took a trip to West Africa and started a children’s library. Next week in the cube, for $10, students/faculty/staff may purchase mugs that promote world literacy (All proceeds go to the school in Africa). May take the coffee mug to participating coffee shops to receive a discount.

a. Community Development Committee
i. Up Til Dawn Report –Rummage Sale on Saturday, February 3rd- Donations and volunteers needed. The all-nighter will be on April 14th and 15th.

a. Other –Faculty parking spots are not to be used. Staff spots may be used after 6 p.m. Parking tickets have been inconsistent. E-mail with parking rules will be sent out.
-Talk about drugs on campus. Missouri River takes care of all offenses. Handbook is being re-written in the illegal substances section.
-Outdoor Club: Snowshoe trip next week. Would like to get a freshmen backpacking trip going for next year. Student Activities will budget will support/ sponsor leader certification training. Krister and Taylor will be heading up the club, but would like to put together a group of leaders that can lead trips. They want to prove to the administration they can do it and attract more students. Chad Gray is helping out.
-CAs: Positions for next year available. Must have a min. 2.5 GPA and be able to commit for one year. Turn application in by the 27th. Open to freshmen as well.
-Roe vs. Wade Anniversary- Will be meeting in Guad at 3:30 and doing a walking Rosary, and ending with a 4:20 mass. Sponsored by Saints for Life.
-Dance Team: Having a dance camp on Saturday. Ages K-8, $25/person. Will be performing at the men’s basketball game with students.
