iii. Patrick- Off campus accounts do not allow for easy checking. There’s no checks and balances system- and in the past, there were problems with embezzlement. a. Ways to Improve ASCC-
-Tyler: Other schools have more involvement (Congress) in policies that are made.
Scout explained policy and our policy committees at Carroll (students are on it), but we do not know how much.
-Koby: Having people like Ben MacIntyre come visit is helpful- please forewarn so we can think of questions to ask.
-Scout: What can we do to keep everybody informed?
-Brittney: Each club representative could put together a paragraph each month and then compile them for everyone to read.
-Patrick: Anytime you want information to go out to the school, let Pat know and he’ll get it out the Monday before.
-Request that the schedule be put on the website (besides the reminder e-mail).
