Charlies Film Festival 2016

The Charlie's Film Festival is a tradition at Carroll College where students submit films that are judged by their peers and faculty. Prizes will be distributed at the awards ceremony, a day after the screening event.

Please submit your films for the Charlie's Film Festival to a private account on YouTube and send the link to Patrick Harris at pharris@carroll.edu by 11:59 PM on April 8th.

Rules:

  • Submissions must be PG-13
  • Film crew must be at least 80% of either Carroll students, faculty, and/or staff.
  • Must be an original produced film.
  • Films must be in English or English subtitled.
  • Submissions have to adhere to Carroll's values and mission statement, meaning that film does not harass or belittle any individual, culture, or community.
  • Categories:
    • Short Film (10 minutes max)
    • Music Video (5 minutes max)
    • Vines (7 seconds max)
