The Charlie's Film Festival is a tradition at Carroll College where students submit films that are judged by their peers and faculty. Prizes will be distributed at the awards ceremony, a day after the screening event.
Please submit your films for the Charlie's Film Festival to a private account on YouTube and send the link to Patrick Harris at firstname.lastname@example.org by 11:59 PM on April 8th.
Submissions must be PG-13
Film crew must be at least 80% of either Carroll students, faculty, and/or staff.
Must be an original produced film.
Films must be in English or English subtitled.
Submissions have to adhere to Carroll's values and mission statement, meaning that film does not harass or belittle any individual, culture, or community.
