Acceptable Methods of Payment

Carroll College accepts the following methods of payment for your Student Account: 

1. Cash, check, cashier's check, or money order.

Please be sure to include your Carroll College ID number and indicate which semester you would like the payment applied to on the payment to assure proper processing. 
    
2. Electronic Payment (e-Check)
This transaction is a direct debit from a checking or savings account. There is no additional charge for this service. Checking or savings routing and account numbers are required for Electronic Payment.  Currently e-check payments can be made any of the following three ways:

  1. On-line services are accessible through a new intranet website at https://my.carroll.edu.  This site will provide you with information regarding your student’s outstanding account balance. To access the site you will need both your student’s Carroll College ID and their password.
  2. You may also initiate an online transaction here. When utilizing this site, you must know the amount you would like to pay towards your student’s account, as this site does not provide information regarding your student’s outstanding balance.  This on-line service requires you to know your student's Carroll College ID number. 
  3. You may also process an e-Check by calling an automated voice response system at 866-477-2331.  The voice response system requires that you provide your student’s Carroll College ID and the amount that you would like to pay towards the student’s account.  The voice response system does not provide outstanding account balance information.

3. Credit/Debit Card
All payments for tuition and fees made by credit/debit cards will be processed through Official Payments, a third party provider. Payments may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The convenience fee charged by Official Payments for using this service is 2.5%.  This service may be accessed by any of the following:
