Congratulations!

Congratulations on your admission to Carroll College - we are excited to welcome you to our Carroll Community!  Now that you have been admitted there are some additional steps you'll need to complete before you are officially a Carroll Saint.

Director of Admission & Enrollment Operations

Your Next Steps

  • File the FAFSA
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available after January 1 and must be submitted to Carroll to be considered for need-based aid.  You may complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov or obtain a paper version from your high school counseling office or through Carroll's Financial Aid Office.  For more information, please visit our Financial Aid website.
  • Submit your Enrollment Reservation Fee
If you intend to enroll at Carroll for the fall semester, please send in your $300 deposit with the blue enrollment reservation form from your acceptance packet.  This deposit is non-refundable after May 1st.  The $300 deposit ensures your place in the class and secures your on-campus housing.
  • Community Living Information
First-Year Students are housed in Guadalupe Hall.  Students will receive a Housing Brochure & Contract, Meal Plan Card and Roommate Survey in mid-March to be completed and returned to the Admission Office.  This information is used for matching roommates and for billing purposes.  Housing and Roommate assignments are mailed to incoming students in early July.  If you have questions pertaining to Community Living, contact their office at 1.800.992.3648 ext. 4415.  You can see photos and learn more about Guadalupe Hall here too!
  • Immunization Records
Students will receive an immunization record request in the spring that must be returned to the Wellness Center at Carroll before the start of the academic year.  If you have questions, you may contact Kathleen Trudnowski, Director of the Wellness Center at 1.800.992.3648 ext. 5439 or at 406.447.5439.
  • Final Transcript
All students must request that an official final high school transcript be sent to the Admission Office.  Transcripts must have all completed course grades and a posted graduation date.  Official transcripts and scores for college coursework, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate must also be sent to the Admission Office for evaluation.
  • Register for Classes
Registration for incoming students begins with our first Open House program on April 5th.  This is a great time to come to campus, meet some of your fellow classmates and meet with an advisor to sign up for classes.  A second Open House program is April 19th.  Students who are not able to attend an Open House may register via phone with a faculty or academic advisor.  Contact your admission counselor or Cindy Greiman, Director of New Student Affairs & Advising for details!
