Policy Regarding the Placement of Reserves for Student Use

  1. A reserve form must be completed for each item placed on reserve. The forms are available either electronically or in print (print forms available at the circulation desk).
  2. Allow 48 hours for processing time.
  3. Allow 24 hours for removal processing.
  4. Copyright regulations will be followed:

    1. All reserve material must be removed at the end of each semester.
    2. photocopy material must have copyright notice stamped on it.
    3. No more than 1 copy of an article should be submitted for reserve.
    4. Videocassette tapes that are placed on reserve must be owned by the Corette Library. No other video tapes will be placed on reserve.

RESERVE CHECK-OUT POLICY:

  1. Limit of 10 items to be checked out at one time.
  2. No reserves will be checked out to anyone with a restricted library account.
  3. Overdue reserve items are fined at $2.00 per item per day.
  4. Reserve items are available to students/faculty/staff only.
