Network accessible computers are available on both levels of the Library to members of the Carroll community with ID / password. Two Mac computers are also available for student use. Printers are available on both levels. The entire Library has wireless access -- registration with CCIT is required. Individuals using library computers are required to comply with Carroll College's acceptable use policy.
A classroom on the upper level, equipped with multiple screens, BrightLink projectors, and flexible seating, is available by reservation. Outside of class hours, the room is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact Dan Case for more information.
Five iPads are available for checkout for in-library use at the Circulation Desk. Students must present a current Student ID with a valid bar code to check out an iPad. iPads are available for checkout after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and on weekends during normal Library hours. Please see the Library's iPad Checkout Policy for more information.
A copier / scanner is available on the upper level of the Library. Scans may be sent only to Carroll email addresses. Copies cost ten cents ($0.10) for black and white and twenty-five cents ($0.25) for color. Persons reproducing documents are liable for any infringement of United States Copyright Law.
Local calls may be made from a telephone located in the reference area. Please limit the length of calls. In consideration of others, please turn off cell phones when in the Library.
Rooms are available for viewing videos and DVDs. Equipment is available for check out at the Circulation Desk. DVD and VHS players are located throughout the Library. Headphones are also available for listening at computers. Inquire at the Circulation Desk for assistance.
