Long Range Plan. Goal 5 - Ensure that all student acquire basic library and research skills

• Objective 1: Maintain and enhance the existing program (EN102 Library Research Component) with the Languages and Literature Department.

   

  • Task: Identify skills students should have
  • Task: Schedule classes for each semester and appropriate summer school sessions
  • Task: Improve curriculum as needed
  • Task: Continue working with Languages and Literature Department to enhance program
  • Task: Work with other departments to enhance research skills for their particular research needs.

• Objective 2: Make library presentations to all senior research seminars through 2008.
  • Task: Contact seminar instructors with offer to present
  • Task: Identify elements that need to be covered in presentations
