Our goal is to have your order shipped within 1 business day from the time your order is placed.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable, unless due to our error.

No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to the Saints' Shoppe at Carroll College.

Returns will be refunded to the credit card used for purchase once your return is received and processed.

Defective and damaged products are not one of our product categories, but if we sell or deliver one, let us know immediately. Return items for any reason. All returns should include the original receipt and sales tags should be attached to the item.

A note explaining the reason for the return and contact information is appreciated.

We pay return postage on all damaged and defective items or items that were incorrectly shipped.

You pay return postage on exchanges or substitutions. Returns for these reasons must be in new condition.
