PART-TIME FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT
THE MONTANA AGRICULTURAL STATISTICS SERVICE CALL CENTER IS HIRING ENUMERATORS FOR EVENING SHIFTS, 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM. THIS IS PART-TIME INTERMITTENT EMPLOYMENT.
The Montana Agricultural Statistics Service, United States Department of Agriculture is an agency that works very closely with the Montana Department of Agriculture. The call center collects data on all types of agricultural activity, from inventories of livestock and size of crop production, to labor statistics on farm workers, and economic data on farms. These statistics are compiled on both a state and national level. Our part of this effort is to actually call farmers and ranchers on the telephone and collect the data using a computer generated survey instrument. As enumerators, we are employed by a non-profit organization known as the National Association of the State Departments of Agriculture, or NASDA. (We are neither state nor federal employees.) NASDA has a cooperative agreement with the Montana Agricultural Statistics Service to collect data.
Our starting pay is $8.25. After a probationary period of 6 months and 100 hours of work, you are eligible for a raise to $9.05, as long as your performance as an enumerator is satisfactory.
For further information or an application, please call 441-1282 or
441-1283 after 5:30 p.m.
NASDA is a Fair Opportunity Employer.
