QWEST: Sales and Service Consultants
-Part time positions are available and will be scheduled to acccommodate students' class schedule
LOCATION: 441 North Park, Helena
HOURS OF OPERATION: 7 AM to 8 PM MON-FRI; 7 AM – 5 PM SAT
SALARY RANGE: $341.50 - $789.50
Wage rate increase after 6 months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Respond to customers’ inquiries, requests and disputes over the ‘phone.
-Probe and problem solve with customers to offer the right product solutions based on their needs.
-Negotiate customers’ requests for installation, removal/changes of service, billing arrangements; and coordinate installation with all other departments.
-Promote and sell Qwest products and services by consulting, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs.
-Use various computer systems/screens (20 or more) simultaneously to process service orders.
-Ensure customer delight and win our customers’ continued business and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Exhibits energy and passion to resolve customer issues while demonstrating the “Spirit of Service” for Qwest customers and co-workers.
-Multi-tasking, problem solving and strong verbal communication skills.
-Customer service and/or telephone service center experience a plus, primarily focused on problem solving and issue resolution.
-Ability to navigate through, and toggle between, multiple systems and/or applications in a Windows environment.
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good customer rapport.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
-Inbound customer service center – fun, self managed and fast paced.
-Structured environment where breaks and activities are scheduled
