Background Information
Shape Up Montana is a program of the Montana Big Sky State Games. It is a three month team oriented competition designed to improve physical and nutritional wellness as well as make it fun. The program started in 2003 when it had 1,248 participants and has grown to 8,190 participants in 2008.
