This past spring Garland was honored as  “Montana Gatorade Player of the Year”, At Sentinel, Garland played for coach Craig Matosich, and compiled a 20-3 record during his senior season. Garland, a four-year starter at Sentinel, was a three-time Class AA all-state selection. Garland averaged 19 points and 11 rebounds per game, leading the Spartans to a runner up finish at the Class AA state tournament.

“He is ready to play right now. He is real treat to score at both the low and high post. He understands the game way beyond his years. He will make an immediate impact at the offensive end fro us and in time he will become a solid defender.”
