The Enrollment Reservation

In order to confirm your intent to enroll at Carroll College as part of our entering class, you must submit the $400 Enrollment Reservation fee. This enrollment deposit serves as a payment towards your tuition and housing bill for your first semester. The fee is non-refundable after December 15 for spring students and after May 1 for fall students. 

Submitting your Enrollment Deposit

Pay by mail

You may submit your enrollment reservation by returning the "Enrollment Reservation" form from your acceptance packet to the Admission Office with a check for $400. Here is a link to download the form in case you need another copy.

Pay online

You may pay your enrollment reservation online using an electronic payment (e-check) directly from a checking or savings account, or a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). If paying by credit/debit card a convenience fee of $3.00 or 2.75% (whichever is greater) will be charged. To pay online, please follow the steps below.

  • Access the Saints Student Account Center. Enter your Carroll College Student ID number.  Enter your PIN.  Your PIN is your birthdate in mmddyy format.
  • Click on eDeposits in the menu at the top. Select the term for which you are making an enrollment deposit.  Select "Enrollment Deposit" as the Deposit Account.
  • The enrollment deposit amount of $400.00 is filled in for you. Select a Payment Method. Remember: you will be charged by the processor a $3.00 or 2.75% fee (whichever is greater) if using a credit/debit card. E-check payment has no fee.
  • Complete the required account information fields. 
  • Be sure to print the payment confirmation page.
