zulu
In 2005-06, Carroll student Hannah Parpart and her roommates helped raise Zulu, a golden retriever that was the first program dog on campus. He has now been placed with a young woman with a disability and they make a great team!
After completing his work in the Human-Animal Bond Program at Carroll College, Zulu took his formal training to become a service dog over a 9-month period and graduated as a full-fledged service dog in Summer 2007.
