Thirty-six semester credits of Anthrozoology classes, including:
- ANZ 107 Introduction to Anthrozoology
- ANZ 108 Survey of Animals in Service
- ANZ 221 Canine Science: Nature of Dogs
- ANZ 231 Historical Perspectives: Horses and Humans
- ANZ 231L Basic Equine Skills
- ANZ 232 Equine Science: Nature of Horses
- ANZ 321 Introduction to Canine Training
- *ANZ 321L Introduction to Canine Training Lab and either:
- ANZ 322L Advanced Canine: Application & Principals Lab or
- ANZ 331 Equine Assisted Activities & Therapies
- ANZ 322 Advanced Canine: Application & Principals
- ANZ 441 Domestic Animal Behavior
- ANZ 442 Science of Animal Welfare
* Students must either raise a dog for an entire year (ANZ 231L and ANZ 332L) or take the Equine Assisted Activities & Therapies class and lab (ANZ 331)
