The Management concentration in Business Administration prepares you for many career options in international businesses or small businesses, governmental entities, and non-profits organizations. Management entails the ability to bring together people and resources to accomplish organizational goals. An understanding of management processes and theory, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and critical thinking skills are characteristics of capable managers. The diverse career options include oversight of personnel, project management, production operations, and strategic planning.
