ACADEMIC APPROVAL FORM (For Semester/Year Applicants only)
Carroll College strives to make your study abroad experience as rewarding as possible. That includes a smooth credit transfer policy. Please be sure you begin meeting with your academic advisor as soon as you are accepted to your program. Please take this form to your academic advisor to get approval of your study abroad plans. If you are taking classes outside your major, such as general education requirements, then you need to be sure the Chair of that department grants approval for those classes.
