The graduating Class of 2013 was honored at Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 11th, 2013, along with the Carroll College graduates from the Class of 1963 and 1953.

Graduates pick up cap, gown, hood, Baccalaureate Mass tickets and line-up number and complete a brief survey.
At this time, graduates may bring items for your class time capsule. Smaller mementos like your ID cards, name tags and photos are the best because space is limited. Graduates need to complete the financial aid exit interview and clear all bills at the Business Office (parking tickets, library fines, etc.) beforehand.

1:00pm, PE Center
Rehearsal for Commencement. This event is mandatory for all graduates. We'll explain all details for Commencement Day including where you line up and how you wear your hood.
2:00pm, East Side of Campus
The Carroll College Board of Trustees and President Thomas M. Evans cordially invite you to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Carroll campus apartments. We will gather on the east side of Carroll's campus, across the road from the Fortin Science Center faculty parking lot.
3:00pm, St. Al's Lawn
"Unveiling of the Bricks" will occur near St. Al's on Alumni Walk, hosted by the Alumni Office and Student Activities. During this event graduates will fill their class time capsule. Graduates, families and special guests are all invited.

10:00am, Baccalaureate Mass, Cathedral of St. Helena
Graduates will assemble on the south lawn of the Cathedral at 9:30am. In case of inclement weather, gather in the Brondel Center (basement) of the Cathedral which can be accessed through the north doors facing the parking lot. Because of limited seating capactiy in the Cathedral, each graduate is issued two (2) tickets. Please let your family and friends know that admission to Baccalaureate Mass is by ticket only. Immediately following Mass, your class will process to the front steps of the Cathedral for a photograph.
11:00am-1:00pm, Commencement Brunch, Campus Center
Commencement Brunch is offered for graduates, family and guests for $15 per person with children age 10 and under charged $8 (Graduates are free!). Tickets must be purchased online on the Student Life/Student webpage by Thursday, May 1st. All tickets will be distributed to the graduate at cap-and-gown pick-op on Wednesday or Thursday. No charge for graduates, but you STILL NEED TO ORDER YOUR TICKET.
2:00pm Commencement, PE Center
Degree candidates assemble at the south side of Guad Hall at 1:30pm. In case of inclement weather, graduates assemble in the Fitness Center in the PE Center. Commencement seating is open to all and families are encouraged to arrive early to select suitable seats. Doors to the PE Center open at 1:00pm. After the ceremony, please leave your hood at the concession window (Graduates who do not return their hoods will be assessed a charge of $75).

Guests who might need special accommodations during the 2pm Commencement ceremony, such as wheelchair access or seating on a lower level, can contact the Registrar's Office at 447-5435 and we will do our best to help meet your needs.

Carroll graduates, students, families and guests are encouraged to join in the Commencement Brunch. Brunch tickets must be purchased online by Thursday, May 1st, and will not be available at the door. Tickets are $15 per person with a reduced price for children under the age of 10 at $8 per child. No charge for graduates, but you STILL NEED TO ORDER YOUR TICKET.
