Charles Ericksen
Professor, CMA, earned his Ed.D. from Montana State University. He is currently a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the American Accounting Association.

Gordon Flanders
Assistant Professor, earned his M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and his B.A. from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. From 1999 to 2004, Professor Flanders taught a variety of undergraduate and graduate level marketing courses at the Carlson School of Management - University of Minnesota. Prior to his career in academia, he worked 20 years for 3M their spin-off company Imation Enterprises as a Marketing and Product Manager. He has a special interest in new product development, market development and customer retention. In his free time he enjoys riding his horses, hiking and brewing his own beer.

Eugene Franks
Professor, received his M.S. from Montana State University. He is a member of the Pacific Northwest Regional Economics Association. In 1988 he was a Fulbright Scholar to Korea and Taiwan. His re-search interests include International Economics. In his free time he enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing.

Belle Marie
Department Chair and Associate Professor, CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, received her M.B.A. from the University of Montana. She is currently a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Her research interests include International Business, Accounting, and Finance; Fraud; and E-commerce security and privacy. In her free time she enjoys traveling, listening to music, biking, hiking, and reading.

Bethalee Wilson
Associate Professor, earned her M.B.A. from the University of Montana. She is a member of the Montana Association of Female Executives and the Helena Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. Her hobbies include reading, motorcycle riding, and travel.
