We are pleased to announce that Carroll is offering WEIGHT WATCHERS Corporate Solutions Options. Below is some information on the At Work/Onsite Program. *As soon as we have 15 to 20 ‘interested people’ we can fully implement the program. To begin, we are offering a FREE Orientation/Registration Meeting for the program on Friday, October 29 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Library Conference Room A.
The cost for the 13 weeks series is $142.35 ($10.95 a week with NO Registration Fee); PLUS 1 week FREE for all that join on week 1 at the October 29, 2004 meeting. To join, you may pay 3 payments of $47.45 – what a deal!! (3 checks collected beginning week 1, and will be deposited on week 1 and then checks 2 and 3 will be deposited each month thereafter, one month apart.) Checks, cash, credit cards or PAYROLL DECUTION are acceptable forms of payment. Weight Watchers needs at least 15 pre-paid members to provide the at-work program. Encourage other employees to join our group along the way… “ -- join any week” and pay pro-rated fee of $10.95 for remaining weeks in the series.
*Some of you may currently attend a Weight Watchers meeting elsewhere. You can transfer to Carroll’s WW Corporate Options on week one. If you are a pre-paid member, you will apply the cost of your PRE-PAID COUPONS toward the price of this series. Bring your unused coupons to pre-pay for the first series. You will be required to pay the difference in value ($8.95) and the weekly fee of $10.95. (All pre-paid coupons must be collected on week 1 and the member will pay the difference in value times the number of coupons used.)
*If you are LIFETIME MEMBER of Weight Watchers, you will pay for the entire series if you are 7+ lbs. over your goal weight. You will be required to complete a refund request form for any unused weeks when you get back to you goal weight. Lifetime Members who are three to six pounds above goal can pay from week to week @ $10.95 per week.
