You may submit a payment for a conferencing event by sending a check to the following address:

You may also submit a payment for a conferencing event online using an electronic payment (e-check) directly from a checking or savings account, or a credit/debit card (MasterCard, American Express or Discover only). All online payments will be processed through Official Payments, a third party provider. If paying by credit/debit card a convenience fee of 2.5% will be charged by Official Payments for using this service. To pay online, access the Carroll Official Payments website for processing and complete all required fields.
